Luke is a writer, multi-instrumentalist and audio engineer based in Brighton, UK. Brought up in Oxfordshire and well travelled across the globe May doesn't hesitate in bringing world music to his productions. The household soundtracks of his upbringing were Americana Rock, and artists such as Tom Petty and Ryan Adams played a huge part in Luke's writing form. Other artists of important interest were; Ben Howard, Oasis, Foo Fighters, Bombay Bicycle Club and many more. In the early 2010’s popular culture ventured him into the likes of EDM, collecting records from the likes of Disclosure, Sub Focus and TCTS. It would be no surprise to Luke’s close friends that he has a deep love for Heavy Metal, and spent a lot of his youth fronting and writing songs for such genres. Luke has written in the commercial world for the likes of Sony Extreme and Kablamo. He has co-founded Studio Complex’s and has a love for building environments in which people can express themselves freely. His own musical mantra is that every production lies in the relationship of the surrounding team and that starts at the very heart of the artist's performance.
